Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your VIP Outlet account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
