A lightweight technical pack that combines trail-friendly features and quality construction,the Osprey Hikelite 18 Hiking Backpack offers great performance for the casual or experienced hiker. Designed for comfort and fit, this hiking daypack combines Osprey's advanced, wider and taller LightWire alloy frame suspension, BioStretch ventilated harness with EVA foam padding, and AirSpeed tensioned breathable mesh back panel for superior, sweat-free comfort. A clean, uncluttered design, the Hikelite 18 offers 1,098 cu. in. of storage space for gear inside a minimalist panel-loading pack with easy-to-use zip access to the main compartment. This hydration-compatible design includes an internal reservoir sleeve with a hose port in backpanel and Osprey's Hydraclip to easily hang a reservoir (not included). Extra-tall stretch mesh side pockets and top zip pocket with key clip make it easy to keep small, essential items handy. Dual upper side compression straps stabilize the load inside the pack and also capture trekking poles (not included) stowed in the pack's dual trekking pole loops. The Hikelite also features a removable webbing hipbelt, adjustable sternum strap with whistle, and raincover (stored in a zippered pocket at the bottom of the pack).
